Welcome to Uprace.me, a platform designed to enhance debate and decision-making by allowing users to create and participate in debates through Pros and Cons lists. Uprace.me is operated by FABRICA DE COD SRL, registered in Romania under J23/5701/2022. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").


1. General Information

  • App Name: Uprace.me - Debate better, decide smarter.
  • Company: FABRICA DE COD SRL, registered in Romania under J23/5701/2022.
  • Purpose: Uprace.me enables users to create and participate in debates by listing pros and cons.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: Users must create an account using Login with X.COM.
  • Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions; however, some topics may be marked as “Sensitive content” after moderation.
  • User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

  • User Content: Users can upload, share, and post content, including creating topics (pros and cons lists) and adding arguments in text form.
  • Content Ownership: Content uploaded by users is publicly shared and administered by app admins.
  • Content Restrictions: Users can discuss any subject. However, content must not include hate speech, bullying, or denigration. Uprace.me is a place for respectful debate.

4. Usage Guidelines

  • Guidelines: Topics must be clear when created. Arguments must be relevant and meaningful. Duplicate or rephrased arguments may be moderated.
  • Violations: Users may receive warnings or have their accounts terminated for violations. Account termination is a last resort for extreme cases.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Information: We collect the email used for logging in via X.COM to identify users during authentication. This information is securely stored and used solely for operating the app.
  • Data Protection: User data is stored on private, encrypted servers and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
  • Data Sharing: We do not share user data with third parties under any circumstances, except when required by law.

6. Payment and Subscription

  • Data Upon Termination: Upon account termination, user identification (email and name) will be removed. User-created topics and arguments will remain but without any identification of the creator.

  • Resolution Method: Disputes will be resolved via email and/or online scheduled calls.
